Use the Thermo Scientific™ MAbPac™ HIC-Butyl HPLC columns to separate monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This column is based on hydrophilic, nonporous, 5μm polymer particles functionalized with butyl groups. The column's hydrophilic resin provides excellent biocompatibility and low carryover, while the optimal density of the butyl groups provides high resolution separation.
