Description
- Directions for Media Preparation: Add 47.6g to 1L of purified water, such as BP2820 (Fisher BioReagents Microbial Cell Culture Grade Water). Then, add 4 mL of glycerol to the mixture. Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve. Before use, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.
