Spectrum™ Chemical Silica Gel, Davisil(R), Grade 635, 60-100 Mesh, 60A , a form of silicon dioxide, is made from sodium silicate. As a granular and porous solid, it is a naturally occurring mineral and often used as a desiccant to control humidity and avoid spoilage. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or research purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use. These materials may or may not have a Certificate of Analysis available.
