• Gene of interest is recombined from entry clone into BaculoDirect Linear DNA using simple, one-hour LR reaction
• Resulting reaction mix contains recombinant baculovirus carrying gene of interest and is used directly to transfect insect cells
• Eliminates need for transforming bacteria and isolating large bacmid or co-transfection of transfer vector and linear baculovirus DNA into insect cells togreatly reduce hands-on time
• Purified baculovirus can be isolated in less than one week
