Invitrogen™ Human ZNF443 Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Recombinant Protein
Supplier: Invitrogen™ RP104310
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (45%), Rat (45%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-53843 (PA5-53843. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Zinc finger proteins (ZNFs) bind DNA and, through this binding, regulate gene transcription. Most ZNFs contain conserved C2H2 motifs and are classified as Kruppel-type zinc fingers. For a general description of these proteins, see ZNF91.Specifications
