This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-62841 (PA5-62841. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Mesodermal transcription factor that plays a key role in somitogenesis and is required for sclerotome development. Activates expression of CDKN1A and CDKN2A in endothelial cells, acting as a regulator of vascular cell proliferation. While it activates CDKN1A in a DNA-dependent manner, it activates CDKN2A in a DNA-independent manner.
