Description
The DS-33 GeneScan Install Kit Dx with GeneScan 600 LIZ Size Standard v2.0 Dx consists of pooled PCR products labeled with 6-FAM, VIC, NED, and PET dyes. To generate the pooled products, CEPH individual 1347-02 genomic DNA is amplified with eight fluorescent PCR primer pairs, which amplify selected microsatellite loci (as listed in the package product insert).
