- Liquids with High Density: Exceeding 2.2 g/cm3
- Liquids with High Viscosity: Exceeding 300 mm2/5 (for 2 mL instrument), 150 mm2/5 (for 10 mL instrument), or 75 mm2/5 (for 25 mL instrument)
- Liquids with Vapor Pressure up to 500 mbar
Temperature Guidelines:
- Instrument and Reagent Temperature: Must be between 59° and 104°F (15° and 407°C)
- Agar Culture Media: Safe up to 140°F (60°C)
